Do You Want to Improve The Online Reputation of Your Hotel and Drive More Bookings?
The QR Code, commonly known as the Quick Response Code, is an effective technology that permits identification and tracking by containing information in small black and white squares. INNsight has leveraged QR Code technology to help connect with your guests and improve the guest experience and customer relationship. While scanning your QR Code, your Guests will lead them straight to a URL where they will access the INNsight Reputation Filtration Software.
If your guest has a positive experience, they are requested to leave a public guest review on one of the major review channels, TripAdvisor, Yelp, Google, and/or your website, thus thereby increasing your online reviews positively. Conversely, if the guest does not have a positive experience at your hotel, the INNsight Reputation Filtration software will recognize this and direct the guest to the INNsight platform to voice their comments, giving them a place to vent without doing it publicly.

With the benefit of INNsight’s Reputation Management System, using our email or QR Code will let you filter out negative and drive positive reviews. INNsight’s Reputation Management System allows hoteliers to keep track of their guest interactions, providing remarketing opportunities and enhancing the guest experience.
