Yosemite National Park Hotel Accommodations

Reservations will be required on select days beginning April 13 and ending October 27, during peak hours from 5:00 AM - 4:00 PM to enter Yosemite National Park Learn More:

• On February 10, 11, 17, 18, 19, 24, 25, 2024.
• From April 13 - June 30 reservations are required on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays (May 27, June 19)
• From July 1 - August 16, reservations are required EVERY DAY - seven (7) days a week
• From August 17 - October 27, reservations are required on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays (September 2 and October 14) 

We have a 24 Hour Cancellation Policy. If you wish to cancel or modify a reservation, you must do so by 4 PM 24 hours or 1 day prior to your arrival date. If you cancel or modify post the expiration of the Cancellation Period or you fail to show up, a no-show charge will be levied on your credit card for one full night plus taxes and fees. 

The above Cancellation Policy does not apply if you have made a reservation with an Advance Purchase Discount or a Non-Refundable Discount. You will NOT be able to cancel or modify this pre-paid non-refundable reservation type.  Your total reservation amount will be charged at the time of booking and become prepaid and non-refundable.

Credit cards are pre-authorized prior to arrival.  The Hotel is not responsible for guaranteeing the reservation if an invalid or expired credit card is provided.  The name on the credit card used to check-in to pay for incidentals must be the primary name on the guestroom reservation.  Government-issued photo identification and a credit card are required in order to check in.

Note: Our office hours are from 8 AM - 10 PM.  Please call us at 209-962-9372 if you are going to be checking in after-hours to make late check-in arrangements.  If you are going to be later than 10 PM, there will be a Late Check-in Fee of $25 added to your charge. 

There is a nightly Amenities Fee of $5 per night which is included in your stay details. 

The Yosemite Westgate Lodge is a 100% Non-Smoking Hotel. 

This property is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.  Once checked in, no cancellations.  All linens are inventoried: missing or damaged linens will be charged.  NO PETS ALLOWED.  Guest rooms that have evidence of pet dander and/or odor will be charged a $150 non-refundable fee for deep-cleaning services. Any damages to hotel property will be charged an additional fee upon assessment.  This is a NON-SMOKING facility. The guest acknowledges that smoking is not allowed in the guest room or within the hotel facility. If anyone in the guest's party smokes in the guest room, the guest hereby expressly authorizes hotel management to charge the credit card the amount of $250.00 to reimburse the property for the additional cost of cleaning the guest room.  If your reservation has been paid in advance or you elect to pay by cash, a $150 security deposit via credit card will be required upon check-in and will be charged in the event that damages outlined herein occur.  This hotel is operated by Perigon Hospitality.
