Hotel PMS - Update your Rates

Updating your hotel rates has never been easier and more flexible. The INNsight Hotel PMS allows you to change rates using several different methods from the hotel level down to the room level: Global Rate Manager - Set rates for a date range of your choice at the hotel and/or room type level for weekdays and/or weekends. Quickly set your rack rates for future months separating weekend rates from weekday rates all in one go. You can also use this tool to block/unblock rooms at the hotel and room type level.

Bulk Rate Uploader - Increase or decrease your existing rates at the room type level for a specific date range. We list all of your room types, then you choose your date range and make the specific dollar increases and decreases for each one as you wish.

Rate Calendar - Update rates for specific rooms and days. Our most granular method of updating your rates allows you to change rates for individual rooms only on the date(s) of your choice. One great use of the Rate Calendar is to increase rates when you're down to the last couple of rooms.

Hotel PMS Taxes, Fees, and Minimum Stays

In addition to all of the rate changing functionality, we also kept in mind the various fees and taxes that a guest may incur. In our Global Variables section you can set your minimum rate, maximum rate, adult fee, child fee, and room tax.

We then have an Additional Fees section where you can enter any other fees that are specific to your hotel, city, or locale such as nightly fees, one time fees, resort fees, and various taxes.

Another very popular feature of the INNSight PMS is the Minimum Nights Stay tool. This tool allows you to choose all or specific room types for a given date range along with the minimum number of nights a guest must stay in order to make a reservation. This tool is often used when there is a local event in the hotel's city such as a golf tournament or multi day conference.
