Offering Markdowns to potential hotel guests are quick and easy. Simply choose the date you want to start the Markdown, the room type, length of the Markdown, minimum stay, book by date, and the dollar or percentage you want to Markdown the associated hotel rates. A series of drop downs and dates chosen from a couple of calendars and you've setup your Markdown. As soon as you confirm the Markdown, it is ready to be pushed to your hotel website on the start date chosen. INNsight's technology will automatically grab your room type image, show the lower rates with strike through pricing, and configure your selections into an easy to read Markdown for your hotel website.
Hotel Discounts are setup with the Hotel Markdown Manager to allow groups or associations of your choice a discount. Often, hotels offer discounts to members of AAA, Military, Government Employees, Corporate Discounts, and AARP/Senior Discounts. Easily setup your discount with a dollar or percentage off to be displayed on your hotel website. For convenience, you can also add a description and a note to go along with it for clarification purposes.
Yet another way to sell your hotel rooms with ease and convenience. The Promotion Codes tool allows you to create a discount based on the guest entering a promotion code during the booking process. You decide what you want the code to be along with the dollar or percentage discount, the promotion dates, and then length of the promotion. Use Promotion Codes in a variety of ways, such as for special events, return guests, holiday specials, and more.
Selling hotel rooms at a discount with an Advance Purchase guarantees your hotel occupancy. Guests get the benefit of a discounted rate by agreeing to not cancel the room. You charge the guest immediately for their hotel reservation and the transaction is complete. Choose different discount amounts based on how far in advance the hotel room is booked for extra incentive.
