Transferring/ Setting up Domain

While INNsight will manage your domain name in accordance with our policies and onboarding process, the domain is still legally owned by your business entity.

After you subscribe to one of INNsight’s Digital Marketing System packages, you will receive instructions on how to transfer your domain management to our management portal.  This will enable our technology team to make server configurations and ensure your website traffic is routed appropriately and your domain registration is kept up to date.

Your business’ domain name is intellectual property that is owned by you.  While INNsight will manage your domain name in accordance with our policies and onboarding process, the domain is still legally owned by your business entity.  If you were to cancel your subscription to INNsight’s Digital Marketing System, we will work with you to transfer your domain back under your management.  The reason we determine to manage your domain on your behalf is because our engineers can manage all technical aspects related to your domain, and we also ensure that its renewal fees with your registrar are maintained.
