Our CMS is essentially used for posting and modifying the content of your property without the process of rebuilding the entire website. Content Management System helps you:
- Generate and manage property content right from property information to the images of your property. "The Cloud" is the location where your data is reflected directly on the website without any hard-to-learn procedure or steps.
- You can customize the information you wish to provide regarding the rooms of your property, including description, amenities, and smoking policies varying according to the rooms.
- The software also manages the visuals uploaded on your websites, such as the images, videos, and 3-D virtual tours of your property on your website. CMS efficiently handles each virtual commodity's high quality and resolution you upload on your site.
- CMS also includes modifying additional information related to your hotels, such as local business here, packages you might provide to guests, blogs related to your hotel, or attractions surrounding your hotel.

Message Center
Message Center is your property website's custom messaging content management tool for Premium Subscribers. You can set up and manage two different types of site messages that are displayed on your hotel's website—powered by INNsight: Banners and Popups. Each of these message types has multiple placements. We recommend leveraging these messaging tools to connect directly with customers, explain directions, promote deals, or convey a message.
Specials & Packages
Specials & Packages is a feature that displays either specials or packages that you offer at your property. This feature can be added to your website if you have a Premium subscription.
Friends
Friends pages live on your property's website as individual pages that help add content and improve your search engine ranking. You can set up a Friends page to share details about neighboring businesses that you work with to improve the products and services you offer at your property. For example, if your hotel works with neighboring restaurants, spas or attractions to offer discounts to your guests, simply create a Friends page for these businesses and explain any special offers in the description field.
Jobs
Hiring? With a Premium Subscription, you can easily add job listings in your very own jobs portal directly on your property's website.

Every hotel has a set of questions that customers consistently ask. The FAQs page is a custom page where you can add questions and answers that customers can review to satiate their need for information about your property and guest policies.
News
Share property news with guests who are visiting your hotel’s website by posting them to your News Page. The News Page will showcase individual pages for each news article allowing you to share comprehensive details about each article including pictures and schedule details.
Events
Share events that are scheduled at or nearby your hotel with guests who are visiting your hotel’s website by posting them to your Events Page. The Events Page will showcase individual pages for each event, allowing you to share comprehensive details about each event including pictures and schedule details.
Create Custom Pages
Now you can easily create custom web pages for your business website Powered by INNsight using the Custom Page Wizard.

Mishaps happen everywhere, INNsight ensures you can access guest inquires regardless of whether you ave lost your emails or not.
Room Details
The Room Details Tab is where you can add and edit room types to your room inventory. Room Details includes the ability to add room descriptions, amenities, photos, and floor plan.

The Gallery Tab provides you the ability to upload countless Images, Video and 3-D virtual tours of your INN to display to potential bookers.
Property Details
The Content Management System (CMS) for your INN can be found on the Property Details Tab. The Property Details Tab allows you to update your property's amenities, amenities, photographs, and inventory layout.
