Manage Reservation

My INNsight offers a control panel on all of your search and booking activities and we've made sure to keep the management of your reservations as easy as can be.

There are several ways to review your reservation confirmation. As soon as you have booked a reservation on INNsight and once you successfully reach Step 4, the confirmation step of the Book It Now flow, you will receive an email reservation confirmation at your registered email address. In addition, you will see your reservation confirmation in your INNbox. You can always access your future reservations in the Upcoming Reservations list in My INNsight.

1. The System will send you an email confirmation with your reservation details.

2. You can find the details of your reservation in the 'Upcoming Reservations' module in your My INNsight.

NOTE: INNsight does not charge travelers a booking fee or a cancellation or modification fee. However, it is possible that an INNkeeper could charge you a Cancellation Fee per the Property's Cancellation Policy. Therefore, please carefully read the Property's Cancellation Policy on the Property Profile Page before agreeing to the reservation terms. By agreeing to the property's Cancellation Policy, the traveler will be legally responsible for adhering to the policy and may be charged a cancellation fee as detailed by the INNkeeper.
