Rooming List


The Rooming List shows a room list view of your entire property for any date in numerical order so you can easily view the roster of your rooms alongside guest names for incoming reservations, stayovers, and room status.

You can use the Search Filters above to go to a specific check-in or check-out date or perform filtered searches to find details on specific bookings, guest names, or OTA reservations.

  1. On the home page, click Reporting


     
  2. From the drop-down menu, select Rooming List


     
  3. Now, filter the report as needed and Print, Download, or Mail it as required.
