Reservations by Date


The Reservations by Date Report provides a comprehensive list of all reservations that are either booked through your eCommerce website Powered by INNsight or the Online Travel Agents you have connected through the OTA Connect program.

The reservations list will display all bookings that are incoming for today. You can easily print, download, or email the incoming reservations list by clicking on the applicable action icons.

Click on the 'View Details' link to go to a particular reservation's guest information folio to investigate the reservation details for that booking.

Search Filters allow you to look for a particular booking by a variety of search parameters including booking IDs, guest name, booking source, and check-in dates.

  1. On the home page, click Reporting


     
  2. From the drop-down menu, select Reservations by Date


     
  3. Now, filter the report as needed and Print, Download, or Mail it as required.
