Cancellations List


The Cancellations List provides a list of all canceled reservations in order of cancellation date. The List will display all cancellations in chronological order from when they were received. You can easily print, download, or email the canceled reservations list by clicking on the applicable action icons.

Click on the 'View Details' link to go to a particular reservation's guest information folio to investigate the reservation details for that booking. The Cancellation List will show you the timestamp of when the reservation was actually canceled and the corresponding Cancelation ID.

You can use the Search Filters above to go to a specific check-in or check-out date or perform filtered searches to find details on specific bookings, guest names, or OTA reservations.

  1. On the home page, click Reporting


     
  2. From the drop-down menu, select Cancellations List


     
  3. Now, filter the report as needed and Print, Download, or Mail it as required.
