Room Board

The Room Board Tab shows detailed cards of each room's current inventory status on a board that is simple to read.

The Room Board Tab displays individual cards of your current inventory status per room on an easy to read board. You can easily view your property's inventory and its status visually and even manipulate reservations simply by clicking on the cards in the Room Board.

The Search Bar at the top allows you to easily navigate the Room Board and search by Arrival Date, Room Type, Guest Name, Room Status, or even by Room. Simply select your search criteria and click 'Search' and the Room Board will display the desired results.

You will see Today's Arrivals and Departures on the left. Each Guest Name is clickable and will lead you to that guest's folio for additional details.

In order to create a reservation or check in a guest, you can easily click the corresponding Room Card for the room and date(s) combination. Once you have clicked on an available Room Card, you will be taken to the Reservation Wizard to complete the booking.

Each room card demonstrates a color-coded status atop per the following color key:

Available rooms are shown as a blank or white room card. Available rooms will show you a room card with the number of nights that room is available so you can determine your booking requirements.

Checked In - Checked In status signifies when a guest has checked into the room

Checked Out - Checked Out status is marked when a guest has been checked out of the room

Reserved - All reservations are marked in Reserved status until the guest is Checked In

On Hold - Any rooms that are actively being looked at by potential guests are marked On Hold

Blocked - You can block rooms that are down within the Rate Manager. Blocked rooms cannot be reserved

Void - Void status is marked only when a room might be a No-Show

You will find Quick Property Statistics at the very bottom of the Room Board to give you a quick snapshot of vital property statistics for that date.
