Shop Item

Shop Items is your tool to manage inventory and listings for your hotel gift shop or mart. Shop Items is a powerful eCommerce feature where you can set up the items to be sold as ancillary items such as souvenirs, food and drink items, amenities, services, and more.

Add The Item

1. Go to the PMS tab
2. Scroll down to add-on
3. Select Shop Items
4. Fill in the necessary information:

• a. Add the name of the item.
• b. Write a clear description of the item.
• c. Specify the price of the item.
• d. Provide proper tags and item types.
• d. If the item is taxable, enter the tax rate.

1. Choose the item's availability.
2. Add a relevant picture.
3. Choose live and deactivate dates for your shop items.
4. Set specific dates for when customers can book or pre-purchase those items.
5. Click the "Save" button to store the item in the system.
6. Once the Shop Item is created, it will be visible in the Shop Items list below. The list will display items sold and the revenue generated.

Edit the Shop Item List

1. Scroll down to locate the Shop Inventory section.
2. Look for the Green icon on the left-hand side and click on it.
3. You will now have the ability to edit or delete any live Shop Items directly.
4. You can also temporarily disable a specific item from appearing on the list.

Note: Display Items on the Booking Engine by Choosing "Show on Booking Engine"
