Cash Drawer
The Cash Drawer displays the current cash on hand at the bottom of the screen.
To record a new cash transaction, follow these steps:
- Click on the "New Cash Transaction" button on the screen's right side.
- Select the appropriate category and payment status for the transaction.
- Fill in the payment details.
- Click "Submit" to complete the transaction.
To record multiple transactions in one go, follow these steps:
- Click on the "New Cash Transaction" button on the right side of the screen.
- Click on the "+" symbol to add additional items or transactions.
To Record a Deposit:
- Scroll down to find the "Make Deposit" button and click on it.
- A deposit form will appear once you click the button.
- Enter all the required details for the deposit, such as the amount, employee name, and any additional notes.
- After reviewing the details, click the "Add Cash" button to submit the deposit.
To Record a Withdrawal:
- Scroll down to find the "Make Deposit" button and click on it.
- A withdrawal form will appear once you click the button.
- Enter all the required details for the withdrawal, including the amount, employee name, cash drawer balance, and withdrawal note.
- Once you've reviewed the details, click on the "Add Withdraw" button to submit the withdrawal.
