I am a traveler looking to book my hotel reservations, is it free to register?
It is absolutely free to register as a user of INNsight. Simply register your account when you are completing your first reservation at one of many hotels that use the INNsight Internet Booking Engine to power their online bookings. When you register your account with INNsight, you can more easily manage your reservations, obtain discounts and deals, and discover more about the destination you are visiting, all from your My INNsight account.
What are the benefits of booking my stay through a hotel website Powered by INNsight?
INNkeepers pay ZERO commissions to INNsight if their hotel website is Powered by INNsight. With such a pricing structure, INNkeepers are incentivized to return the cost savings to travelers. You will have a direct connection with the INNkeeper and not have to deal with any intermediaries and be assured their lowest rates online. In addition to booking your stay at the lowest rates online, you will benefit from reservation management tools to help you manage your stay and build an itinerary for your visit. You can book future return stays simply by logging into your My INNsight account.
How do I receive the confirmation for my hotel reservation?
Upon completing your reservation using the INNsight Hotel Internet Booking Engine, you will immediately receive a Reservation Confirmation Email from the hotel via INNsight. Your booking will be confirmed and guaranteed by the credit card you made your reservation with. You can log into My INNsight and manage your reservation from your dashboard.
How do I cancel my reservation?
You can simply click on the Cancellation Request page. You can also access the Cancellation form from My INNsight. Simply fill out the Reservation ID from your reservation and we will pull up your reservation. You can cancel one or any/all of your booked rooms for multiple room reservations. Note that you will only be able to cancel from this form if your reservation has not violated the property's Cancellation Policy. In the case that you are trying to cancel a reservation that is within the property's cancellation policy, you will be required to contact the INNkeeper immediately to cancel directly.
How do I modify my reservation?
You can simply click here to be taken to the modification flow where you can enter your reservation id and email address and be taken to a wizard to help you modify your reservation. Please note that the Cancellation Policy of the property may limit your ability to modify or cancel your reservation. In that event, we request that you contact the INNkeeper directly to request a modification.
What type of data do you collect about me?
We take your privacy and the security of your personal details very seriously. We do collect data about your usage to better improve our site and tailor your search results in order to find the perfect place to stay for you. In addition, we share preference details and your contact and billing details with INNkeepers via secured transmission channels in order to help INNkeepers provide the richest hospitality experience. Who do I contact if I have questions about my reservation?
We have built INNsight so travelers can interface with INNkeepers directly. If you have an issue with your reservation or would like to make special requests, simply send a message to the INNkeeper via INNbox.
