It depends. For most positions, we begin the process with a phone interview in the event of shortlisted candidates. If there's mutual interest from both sides, we invite the candidate for an in-office interview. Each team is unique, though, and some may have their variation of the interview process, with some requiring writing, design, or coding samples or exams. You will be briefed on the expectations of your specific role and its interview process before being called in.

You may address your cover letter to the INNsight HR Team as your application will first be reviewed by our Human Resources Department. We also encourage you to mention the specific job opening you are applying for in your cover letter so we can share your interest with the hiring manager for the respective team where your position will be organized.
If you have applied for a specific job, your resume/profile will be reviewed by the Human Resources team, specifically in our hiring department. If we find your resume matches the position's requirements, we will contact you and set up an interview.

You’ll typically meet with 2 to 3 people for up to an hour each. We also have cross-functional teams for the interview process. Expect to carve up a significant part of your day for our interview process.
